After receiving a Happiness Medal at the end of a level, you'll have the opportunity to spin a wheel for a bonus level in Yoshi's Universal Gravitation. If you manage to complete that level, you'll earn coins, and once you collect a total of 100 coins, you'll receive a 1UP. When spinning the wheel, press A to stop it. Aiming for a section with Yoshi on it significantly increases your chances of reaching the bonus level. I discovered this myself, and when I do this, I succeed in accessing the bonus level 9 out of 10 times. This is much easier to achieve with a gold medal than with a silver one, as you have a higher chance of winning. However, this trick is not impossible with a silver medal.

Yesterday I played Yoshi's Universal Gravitation for the first time, and unconsciously I tilted my Game Boy to the right. I saw the apples hanging from the logo on the start screen rotating to the right! After that, I swung the apples back and forth. It's just a small easter egg, but I think it's quite neat!
