A huge Gameboy with Tetris
I still remember it like it was yesterday, my first "huge" Gameboy with Tetris. I spent hours on this device and that's how I became addicted to puzzles. Even though you might think now, what a monotonous game it was, I still believe it was an incredibly cool game for that time. I entertained myself for hours just to get better and reach higher levels. For puzzle enthusiasts, get this game as soon as possible.

The Tetris legend started here!
Tetris for the Game Boy is a timeless masterpiece that combines simplicity with addictive gameplay. The game offers a perfect balance between challenge and accessibility. The minimalist graphics and the iconic music (who doesn't know the tune?) add to its timeless appeal. The simple block puzzles challenge you to think strategically and test your reflexes. The portability of the Game Boy made Tetris an essential classic suitable for short gaming sessions or long binges. Decades after its release, Tetris remains an icon in the gaming landscape, proving that timeless concepts never fade away.

The puzzle game of the Gameboy!
Tetris is one of the games that made the Gameboy great. In Tetris, the goal is to create as many rows as possible with tetrominoes (puzzle pieces) to score as many points as you can. Anyone could pick up this game since the difficulty level increases gradually. The music is nostalgic and repeats itself, but I don't mind that. The graphics look decent, although it's worth considering that this game was released in 1989. The concept is simple, yet you quickly get hooked and keep playing. Overall, this game is simple, competitive, and a fun recommendation if you're looking for a puzzle game to play on the Gameboy!

A classic time killer for everyone, almost anytime
Tetris is a game that is familiar to everyone and for good reason. The controls are simple, the display is simplistic yet colorful (on the 'Gameboy Color') and inviting, and the challenge is how difficult you make it for yourself.

Tetris on the Gameboy offers different tunes and difficulty levels, in addition to a multiplayer mode (between Mario and Luigi), where the goal is to clear a certain number of lines within a specific time. If you fail to do so or can't continue, the other player wins (for this, you'll need 2 Gameboys, cartridges, and a link cable).

Very repetitive
I find the game itself quite enjoyable. Just stacking blocks in a simple way and trying to form lines to earn points. However, I do think the game repeats itself a bit too much; you're always doing the same thing. Even though it gets harder as you progress, I would have preferred to see more game modes or perhaps new shapes as you advance through the levels. Nevertheless, Tetris is a fun game to play every now and then.

A timeless and addictive puzzle experience for the Game Boy!
The goal of "Tetris" is to cleverly rotate and place falling blocks to create complete lines and score points.
There isn't a specific main character, but the player must manage the blocks to clear the playing field.

The target audience for this game is gamers of all ages who enjoy puzzles and challenges on the Game Boy.
Similar games include "Dr. Mario" and "Columns," which also offer fast-paced puzzle action.
"Tetris" can be more enjoyable due to its iconic status, simple yet addictive gameplay, and broad appeal.

Another aspect is the simple rules that are quick to understand but hard to master for maximum points.

If you're looking for a timeless puzzle challenge that keeps your brain sharp, "Tetris" is an absolute classic that never disappoints.

A classic puzzle game
Tetris is a game where you try to fit blocks together to fill complete rows. It's very satisfying to aim for a Tetris (four complete rows), but if you accidentally create gaps, the game can also be quite stressful. Trying to achieve the highest score possible is fun. There are two different modes in the game, in mode A you start with an empty field and in mode B you have to clear another player's holey cheese. I enjoy both modes a lot. The only downside of this version of Tetris, in my opinion, is that it doesn't save scores. If, like me, you also find it disappointing that the scores are not saved, I would recommend choosing Tetris DX (or a later Tetris version), but despite that, you will still have a lot of fun with this Tetris.

This puzzle game, developed by Alexey Pajitnov and released by Nintendo, revolves around strategically placing falling blocks, known as Tetrominos. You must arrange the blocks to form complete lines, which then disappear and earn you points. The game gets faster as you progress, putting your reflexes and thinking skills to the test. Simple, but oh so addictive!
