In penalties, you have to guess where the opponent will shoot the ball. You also get to try to shoot on goal. This is a very challenging game mode, simply because you have no idea where the CPU will shoot.
Finally, do I recommend Soccer? Soccer is an okay game, but it's not really a must-have. It tries to be a simulation game, but the game just came too early for that. I think a game like
Nintendo World Cup is better.
