You follow Lan and his navi Megaman in their battle against the evil organization: WWW.
This game is absolutely amazing. I played it when I was 10 and still play it now. You enter a world where everyone has an online friend (called a Navi). With this navi, you can fight viruses, but it also keeps track of your schedule, emails, messages, etc. You follow Lan and his navi Megaman. By using battlechips, you fight computer viruses and uncover the evil plans of the WWW.
The combination of battles and puzzles make this game more challenging than you would expect. Mega Man Battle Network is my all-time favorite GBA game.

A classic that still holds up even now
When I think back to this game, the first word that comes to mind is "agility". In this game, you play as Lan and his friend and Navi Megaman. This game is a challenge for your agility, thinking skills, and overall RPG abilities. When you're in a battle, all your attention is immediately focused on the game. If you're not dodging attacks, you're figuring out how to get through the next level!
I myself have invested a significant number of hours (at least 100+) of my life due to the charm and depth of the game. Mega Man Battle Network is a definite recommendation that even now manages to keep up with the times!
