Poor remake
The original Medal of Honor Underground is a Playstation classic that I've played a lot. Unfortunately, the GameBoy Advance version is not a hit. Especially the graphics make this game unpleasant to play. Honestly, the game is ugly and at times it's hard to distinguish between different things. The music and controls are decent, but in my opinion, they can't save the game. Besides, there are plenty of alternatives. If you're looking for a good WW2 first-person shooter, I recommend Wolfenstein 3D. If you're after a good Medal Of Honor game, then you should definitely give Medal of Honor Infiltrator a try.

Absolutely Terrible
Medal of Honor Underground is an exact replica of the PS1 version (but with inferior graphics, of course).

However, the game lacks a save function, and the password system doesn't work (I enter my password but can't resume where I left off). It's very pixelated, which isn't unusual for a GBA fps game, but here it's so bad that you can't even distinguish enemies from the background. The sound quality is also incredibly poor. You hear a mishmash of different tones and sounds all at once.
The camera rotates very slowly, leaving you with hardly enough time to react properly. It's also disappointing that your pistol is as powerful as a water pistol, while petrol bombs are strangely overpowered, throwing off the gameplay balance.

Furthermore, this Medal of Honor is riddled with graphical glitches, allowing you to see beneath the map, through walls, and even spot enemies beneath the map.

All in all, I consider this version of Medal of Honor Underground to be very disappointing and not worth the money. My advice is to simply pass on this and opt for the PS1 version (which you can also play on the PS2 and PS3).
